
Refund and Returns Policy
At LIVZTOPIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange items according to the following policy.
General Return and Refund Policy
- Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. We cannot accept items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@livztopic.click. Please provide your order number, item(s) to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Upon approval, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we will send the replacement item once we have received the returned item and verified its condition. If an item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless defective)
